The Metro Detroit Area Fun Spots To Celebrate A Special Birthday
Making another trip around the sun is something to celebrate and birthday cards with heartfelt messages are nice. I personally try to avoid gifting lotto scratch-offs inside birthday cards just in case your friend doesn’t win… it definitely would feel like a “Oh, thanks a lot” moment. Birthdays are supposed to be a special time no matter how young or old you are. Planning a party is always a task that takes the occasion to another level. So how do you celebrate a birthday in Metro Detroit? Well, it could be a surprise party, a birthday vacation, a night out at their favorite restaurant, or maybe the birthday person needs to be in a romantic situation. Kid’s parties are also fun to put together; especially if it has a certain theme, like a superhero they like.
The element of surprise is always special but one thing I always run into is friends struggling to try and keep the secret before the event. Honestly, now it seems like it is impossible to hide from anyone with social media knowing our every move. But one thing to remember is that you need to try not to give Grandma or Papa a heart attack in the process of the surprise party. My ultimate idea, which I’m pretty sure is illegal as hell, is to kidnap your friend and bring them to a specially planned event. The ideas sounds great to me but you could definitely run the risk of the birthday person freaking out if they don’t know you that level well enough.

It’s perfect for any special occasion… birthday, hangout, or work party. Since I am an avid pinball collector, I love the amount of classic and new pinball games available for play. This place has one of the largest selections of rock and roll-themed pinball games you can play!

Mr. Paul’s Chophouse has been serving guests for more than 50 years with a reputation second to none. So many special occasions have been celebrated here. When I wanted to impress someone special this was the place I took them to. The presentation and attention to detail are over the top! From the famous tableside Caeser salad to the romantic Chateaubriand for two made to absolute perfection. The French onion soup and twice-baked potatoes are also a must-try in my book.

Chit! Haven’t heard of Detroit’s, almost most popular, rock n’ roll cover band? Then you haven’t seen Chit! We have each dreamed for a long time about forming a band that is reminiscent of old rock and roll. Chit! not only gives the audience something to hear but something to see! Chit! has performed on the stage at Arts, Beats, and Eats, making it on two of the three local news channels. The band is not only committed to entertaining the masses but to bettering their community with much involvement with local charities like Rock 4 Tots, The Screamin Angels, and many more.
