I asked the wonderful Donielle Flynn for her New Year resolutions and she gave me so much more!

From Donielle Flynn: “New Year Resolutions… they should be considered dirty words. I love the idea, but making resolutions for the sake of it… I feel like it has to be inspired by more than flipping the calendar. Instead, I prefer to declare my New Year’s Continuations.”

• Grateful:

  I will continue to be grateful to our Detroit community. The people who reach out on the phone or email to let us know they’re listening make my day regularly.

• Rock the History:

  I will continue to share stories behind the music and artists. There are SO MANY fascinating stories to share. The respect and love of classic rock is incredibly important.

• Community:

  Big Jim is an excellent example of Community.  He cares and rallies us to help those in need.  I will continue to follow his lead and support our people.

• Exercise:

  I will continue to struggle to exercise and be healthy. Dammit. I know how important it is, but it’s also a struggle. You gotta keep keeping on.

• Happy New Year, my friend!

  Here’s to a blessed 2022 for all of us.  May you continue the good things in your life and continue to fight the good fight on the things you would like to change.
