11+ Classic Rock Candy Bands
What are some classic rock candy bands? Band names that can be slightly altered to popular candies and sweets… let’s jump down that sweet rabbit hole for a minute.
Classic Rock Food Band Names
Jim O’Brien was talking about classic rock bands reimagined as candy bars. Who would be the heavy hitters? The comparison stems from the biggest/most popular candies (think Halloween candy) matched to the biggest/most popular classic rock bands. This reminded me of another conversation on Big Jim’s House from a few years back about changing band names to food (example: Fleetwood Mac and Cheese).
In between these two, my mind started working on classic rock candy bands. The first one I thought of was “Our Lady Reese’s Pieces.” Our Lady Peace isn’t a band you hear about much these days, but they were popular in the ’90s and I love the song “Starseed.” In case you’d like a blast from the past:
I love the band, but I REALLY LOVE Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. lol… I immediately began trying to match bands to Reese’s. I came up with a few good ones and I found a Reddit thread on food-bands. Below is the best list I could come up with of classic rock candy bands. Wanna join the conversation?
