About

I grew up in a musical household, so I’ve always had a love for music and radio. My on-air radio journey began in the early 90’s during my senior year of high school when I enrolled in the Media Broadcasting program, which quickly led to working weekends at a radio station in Northern Michigan. I’ve had the pleasure of working in radio ever since! I also worked in TV for years, both on-air and behind the scenes, but my passion for music has always brought me back to the radio air waves. I cherish my record player, which belonged to my Dad. My vinyl collection includes Bob Seger, Paul Simon, Joan Jett, Ozzy, Alice Cooper, and lots of hair bands, just to name a few. I love helping people and animals! I volunteer at the Hospitality House in Commerce and support local animal rescues and shelters. My husband Dane and I adopted our two adorable cats, Lindy Lou and Connor, from Shelter to Home rescue in Wyandotte. Attending concerts, exploring Detroit, nature hikes, Harley rides with my hubby, cleaning up local parks, bonfires, time with friends and family, Detroit Red Wings (especially Tyler Bertuzzi) and hockey fights are a few of my favorite things!
