Popeyes Hiring 400 Additional Employees For The Chicken Sandwich Return

Popeyes’ chicken sandwiches are coming back, and this time the franchise will be ready to deal with the demand. Bloomberg is reporting that the fast-food restaurant is hiring 400 extra employees to handle the chicken sandwich rush when they return next month. They are also dedicating up to two people per store to make the sandwiches.

In a statement, they say, “Our franchisees have worked to increase staffing. We have been working diligently to bring the sandwich back to our restaurants soon, as we know our guests are anxiously anticipating its return.”
They have not announced a specific day when the sandwich will return.
