Lawsuit Against Deez Nuts
Mr Beast lost his legal battle with a Florida-based peanut company over the branding of one of his candy bars. One flavor of his Feastables bars, the name was deemed too similar to the name of snack company, owned by Brian Ditore.
The complaint sought for Feastables to cease using the name or any phrase that resembled the name.
On December 6, the court granted a permanent injunction against Feastables Inc., stating the company could no longer use the name on its packaging. Candy bars are still available for purchase on the Feastables website.
MrBeast’s lawyers pushed back, arguing that “millions of people on the internet have come to use the phrase as an irreverent way to interject humor or sarcasm into or end a conversation.”

Many people took to Reddit to share what they have gifted a friend or loved one in an Easter basket. One person said they put beef jerky chips, candy, a variety of mini sauce bottles, and mini liquor in their husband’s basket. Another person said, “Small potted plants, lotion, soap, gum, liquor, pens, socks, jerky, sunglasses, earbuds, nail clippers.”
If you’re preparing a basket for someone who loves all things social media, there are plenty of DIY videos floating around platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
