2019 Lexus RX 350 F Sport…maybe it’s just me

I’m actually nervous about writing this review because I love Lexus vehicles. I love the styling cues, I love the technology in them, and I’ve always been a fan of the F sport package. But not this one.
Yes the Lexus RX 350 all-wheel-drive F sport handles well and has plenty of power and all sorts of cool knobs and gadgets and heads up displaying in the cabin.
But bottom line it looks and feels old. It just doesn’t look right when you see it from the side. The front grille, while it works on most Lexus vehicles looks really wrong here. And the F sport package doesn’t make any sense with a vehicle like this. It feels like when you were a kid and you had a model car with some extra parts left over from the last car you built – so you decided to slap them on there and see what would happen.
Sorry to my friends at Lexus for being so candid about what I don’t like when it comes to the RX 350….but the interior felt cramped, the exterior looks dated and I know you’re capable of better.
Then again I’m the guy who thinks Armageddon is one of the greatest movies ever….So take this for what it’s worth.
