Major Retailer Coming Back to Detroit

It’s a happy day when I get to report on business development in Metro Detroit. It’s always great to see new establishments pop up and take advantage of this great city.

Von Maur’s new store at The Village of Rochester Hills is set to officially open on Saturday (March 19). The move marks the retailer’s first new store in Metro Detroit since 2008.

The store will be located at the outdoor shopping center located at Adams Road and Walton Boulevard at 400 N. Adams Road within lifestyle center. The grand opening will kick off at 10 a.m.

This will be Von Maur’s fourth store in Michigan. The store expects to employ around 150 people.
