New Owner for Oakland Mall in Troy

Real estate investor Mario Kiezi has announced that he has purchased the Oakland Mall in Troy.
The mall opened back in 1968. It’s major stores include Macy’s, JC Penney, Dick’s Sporting Goods, At Home and more.
Kiezi’s same firm, MKiezi Investments, purchased the former Sears store at the mall last year.
