Guy Fieri’s Michigan Chicken Guy! Opening, More on the Way
Chef and TV personality Guy Fieri has teamed up with the Tomey Group to bring his Chicken Guy! restaurant to Michigan.
Now, they’re ready to open the doors. It all happens in a matter of days.
Chicken Guy! in Livonia will open this Saturday (April 1), marking the restaurant’s first location in Michigan. There will be a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. followed by the doors officially opening to the public. The restaurant will be located at 30130 Plymouth Road in Livonia and open daily. For the Grand Opening, Chicken Guy! will also honor Livonia Fire and Police by offering them a free meal on April 1. Also, throughout the day, guests will have the chance to win various prizes. According to a release, Guy Fieri plans to open 19 more locations in southeast Michigan within a couple years.
“The people of The Motor City have spoken…I’m bringin’ my real deal chicken tenders, sandwiches, and shakes to Livonia. From shooting DDD to taking part in the Woodward Dream Cruise, the Detroit area has always been a go-to for me, so I’m stoked for everyone to give us a try. See ya there!” Guy Fieri said in a statement.
