Help figure out the mystery of the mid-engine Mustang
This is one of the most interesting car mysteries I’ve read about in awhile – Ford built a mid-engine Mustang back in 1966…and no one seems to remember anything about it. REALLY. Here are couple of photos (taken at the International Design Center in Dearborn) – was it an early concept? Was it a test platform for GT40 design? NO ONE KNOWS.
