All Meijer Pharmacies Now Offering Walk-Up Vaccinations
Meijer pharmacies are now offering walk-up vaccine slots at all Michigan locations.
Meijer also recently celebrated a milestone: They’ve administered more than one million COVID-19 vaccines to date.
“The one million vaccine milestone is a tremendous achievement by our incredibly hard-working pharmacy teams,” Meijer President & CEO Rick Keyes said in a statement.
Keyes added, “When the vaccine rollout began, we were focused on moving as quickly as possible to keep our communities safe. Achieving this number in just over three months is a true demonstration of the focus and tenacity of the Meijer team members involved in this important initiative.”
Meijer’s walk-up vaccine program offers both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
Each Meijer store will carry at least 100 doses per week. Doses will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
