Detroit’s Belle Isle Aquarium to Reopen for the First Time Since March 2020
It’s been a long time since Detroit’s Belle Isle Aquarium has been open- since the pandemic began in March 2020, to be exact.
If you’ve missed the aquarium, you’re in luck, as it now has an official reopening date.
The Belle Isle Aquarium will reopen to the public on Friday, July 16, according to a release.
When it opens, the aquarium will be better than ever, as officials say they’ve made improvements to the facility and installed new exhibits.
Details are forthcoming about the new additions, but in the meantime, get excited to have the aquarium back!
