LeBron James, Pistons’ Isaiah Stewart Suspended Following Altercation
Lots of drama went down during last Sunday’s Lakers-Pistons game. Now, the verdict is in, and both Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and Detroit Pistons center Isaiah Stewart are getting suspended.
James has been suspended one game for “recklessly hitting” Stewart in the face during the game, according to the NBA.
Stewart has been suspended two games for “escalating an on-court altercation by repeatedly and aggressively pursuing” James.
James will not be on the court when the Lakers travel to Madison Square Garden to play the New York Knicks. Stewart will be absent from the Pistons’ home game against Miami on Tuesday (Nov. 23) and their game at Milwaukee on Wednesday (Nov. 24).
