Detroit’s Tiger Stadium is One of the Most Missed Ballparks in the U.S.
Comerica Park is super cool, but many Michiganders miss Detroit’s Tiger Stadium, according to a new study. I remember going to Tiger Stadium as a little kid with my dad and grandpa. It was definitely the summertime thing to do.
PlayCanada.com has put together a list of the top 10 most missed ballparks in the U.S., based on a recent survey.
Tiger Stadium just makes the cut, coming in at No. 10 on the list. No. 1 is Yankee Stadium I. “That’s the stadium that housed the Yankees from 1923 all the way to 2008,” the outlet states. “The team won 26 World Series championships there with legendary players like Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio, Yogi Berra and Lou Gehrig.”
