“It wasn’t really a ballad, y’know, it was still like a rock song, so it kind of knocked a few barriers down – at the time. Y’know, after that you’d lots of rock bands that do stuff like that all the time, but you didn’t really hear that on the Top 40 radio and it was kind of cool to actually have that access to Top 40.”
