I remember the first time I heard it with all the lyrics I said – I don’t know if I actually said it, but I thought, ‘Fred…, can you really get away with this?’ It seemed like very over the top to me. But it was very Freddie, you know. I mean, that’s why the guy was so great, ‘cause he went places where people wouldn’t normally dare to go.”
