“Very rarely does she write something that is from the first person, from herself. She will tend to write about a situation. ‘Oh Daddy,’ for instance, was written about me and ‘Don’t Stop’ was written for John when they got divorced – ‘Don’t jump, John, there’s always another tomorrow, you know.’ So this song I really don’t know where the particulars got from, I’m just trying to relate the way that Chris writes her songs. She’s always written like that.”
