Tom Brady recently retired from the NFL, but you know he’s never really going to leave the game. Brady is reportedly already in major talks to become a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. Tom Brady, Radars deal? Why not!

The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is in “deep discussions” with Las Vegas Raiders. Seth Wickersham and Adam Schefter of ESPN report that he’s talking with owner Mark Davis. The goal is to become a limited partner of the franchise.

According to Wickersham and Schefter, these talks have been going on a while. They’ll likely to strike a deal soon. However, according to sources, it’s “still an extremely sensitive and fluid negotiation.”

Tom Brady Raiders Deal

“NFL legend Tom Brady is in deep discussions to become a limited partner of the Las Vegas Raiders, sources tell ESPN’s @SethWickersham and me,” Schefter tweeted out. He added, it would be “potentially his second foray into a partnership with Raiders’ owner Mark Davis on a professional sports franchise in less than two months.”

But, the deal isn’t done yet. There are some boxes to check. Let’s say Brady and Davis come to an agreement on a minority partner deal. That’s great. But, even then, 75% of NFL owners would have to approve it before it becomes a reality. Brady who retired in February after 23 years playing pro in the NFL. He’s actually already the part-owner of the Las Vegas Aces, another Davis franchise. Brady bought into a minority stake in the WNBA team in March.
