Red Rocker Sammy Hagar Has Another Island Getaway

Rock Legend Sammy Hagar is not showing any signs of slowing down anytime soon and is living life to the fullest with a new venture. Sammy's Island, a new sun-filled oasis, will bring a vibrant blend of food, spirits, and live music to make days and nights come alive. It will be found poolside at Palms Casino Resort.

 A tropical pool getaway inspired by the music and Baja beach vibe of the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer. Featuring a blend of delicious food, refreshing cocktails made with Hagar’s signature spirits, and live music performances to make poolside days and nights come alive.

According to the palms.com website, The island will feature an abundance of stylish cabanas and daybeds, four ultra-exclusive Red Rocker-themed cabanas, a stunning pool island designed for lounging in the sun, and a poolside restaurant.

Each bar will offer a unique spirits experience, including a Tiki Bar serving tropical cocktails featuring Hagar’s premium Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum and Sammy’s Beach Bar Cocktails canned cocktails. In addition, guests can enjoy the tequila-forward Tequileria offering flights of additive-free Santo Tequila and Santo Mezquila, a unique tequila/mezcal blend by Santo Spirits, Hagar’s top-shelf tequila brand in partnership with celebrity chef Guy Fieri.

Sammy said in an interview with "SiriusXM's "Trunk Nation," I will never announce a farewell tour, go do a long tour, and then keep going and keep going as all these other people do.

I love all of our ranked lists (and our pros' passion for the music), but I also love hard data.  And by hard data, I mean opinions. I learned some stuff.  Of our respondents, y'all REALLY LOVE some Montrose (I am totally with you).  Van Hagar received a lot of love too, but the heavy hitters at the top of the heap are mainly Sammy solo and Montrose.  Of the top 20 songs, Montrose had three entries, Sammy solo represented eleven songs, and the remaining six are Van Hagar jams.
