Will Call
The Will Call Window at the Palace Box Office is located at the Main West Atrium Entrance. There are usually several windows designated for Will Call, however plan to arrive early to pick up your tickets as lines do get rather lengthy for some events.
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair assistance is available to take guests from the venue entrance to their seats. However, guests may not rent or keep wheelchairs for the duration of the event. When wanting to leave the event, please contact your host/hostess to have a wheelchair escort brought to assist you. You do not need to call to reserve a wheelchair, escorts are done on a first come first serve basis.
Assisted Listening Devices are available free of charge for guests to use during an event. Please call the Guest Services department at (248) 377-8240 prior to the event to request the device to be set up. When arriving at the event, you may pick up the unit at the Guest Services office. A drivers license or state ID is required and will be held until the unit is returned.
