The Most Scathing Obituary EVER!
Every once in a while you will come across an obituary that will make you shake your head, this one will make you call your parents and tell them you love them!
After reading this Obituary we felt awkward, I could only imagine how the man’s family felt.
A son wrote and obituary for his father and now the newspaper that posted it is getting some backlash from their readers.
Lawrence H. Pfaff Sr., describes a man who was “incapable of love” for people other than himself.
“It will be challenging to miss Lawrence Sr. because he was narcissistic,” he wrote. But his death “proves that evil does eventually die and it marks a time of healing, which will allow his children to get the closure they deserve.”
Here is the post the son sent in:
Yeah this is the most scathing obituary i've ever read Yeah this is the most scathing obituary i've ever read

After reading it, people go very angry at the newspaper for posting it and the newspaper had to release a statement regarding what happened.
“We regrettably published an obituary that did not adhere to our guidelines and we are looking into the matter further. We regret any distress this may have caused,” the spokesperson said.
Now my question is, if the man sent it in doesn’t the newspaper have a obligation to post the obit? I know it is very harsh but the son has a right to his opinion and should be able to voice it if he wants to!
