The Irish Mirror says people around the world are honoring Queen Elizabeth by making her famous pancakes. The recipe has been posted online. The Queen first shared her recipe in 1959 with President Dwight Eisenhower. People are now recreating it in honor of her.
The following ingredients are needed to create the batter …
4 teacups flour
4 tablespoons caster sugar
2 teacups milk
2 whole eggs
2 teaspoons bicarbonate soda
3 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons melted butter
