The RoboCop Statue In Detroit!
It’s been a long time coming – but we finally know where the RoboCop statue is going to be – at Eastern Market. Now we don’t know EXACTLY where it’ll be…but our buddy Brandon Walley told the Detroit Free Press:
“It’s going to be displayed very prominently in Eastern Market, which already is an amazing center for public art,” said Brandon Walley, a Detroit filmmaker and a key part of the grassroots quest to make the RoboCop statue.
Although he didn’t reveal specifics on the exact site, Walley said, “The plans are made for the location and it’s going to be great.”
Big Jim was able to go see the RoboCop statue and take a few photos with it before it finds a home in our great city!
