Ozzy Osbourne was injured in a quad-bike accident back on December 8th, 2003. News of the Ozzy Osbourne accident spread through the music world, and most reacted, "Ozzy Did What!" The reality the accident almost killed, "The Prince of Darkness."

The news organization CNN broke the first reports of the accident. The 55-year-old rock star set out on a quad bike for a fun ride around the mansion which is located near London. How the accident happened is still in question. But Ozzy described it as he was going, "pretty fast," and was not wearing a helmet while the 600-pound vehicle landed on top of him.

Ozzy's Extent Of Injuries

 Ozzy broke his collarbone, and six ribs, and an operation to lift his collarbone. Surgery on a major artery, and interrupted blood flow to his arm. Stem bleeding into his lungs. His injuries were not considered to be life-threatening. Ozzy's accident was not alcohol-related. Just bad timing and a bad accident. In a Diane Sawyer interview 2003, Ozzy was quoted as saying, "The last thing I remember, what I do remember is I got on the bike and, and something in my mind went 'bad move. There's something really bad is gonna happen.' And I go oohuh-oh." 

Surgeries Since The Accident

The metal rods that were placed in his back as a result of this accident came dislodged in 2019 when he suffered a sill in his house. The recuperation caused him to cancel the rest of the 2019 tour.

In 2019 diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019. and it has affected his ability to play live in concert. In July 2023, Ozzy took to his Instagram account to reveal that due to his failing health. He backed out of the concert everyone was looking forward to at the Power Trip festival. In November 2023, Ozzy revealed doctors found a vertebral tumor during his most recent surgery. Ozzy Osbourne Fans Pissed Over 10 Second Airtime of NFL Performance

Ozzy Osbourne was scheduled to perform the halftime show of the Los Angeles Rams' season opener last night. However, fans at home saw only 10 seconds of the performance on NBC.

Per multiple sources -- including Consequence and Ultimate Classic Rock -- Osbourne's performance was introduced by NBC's Maria Taylor. He was in the middle of singing "Patient Number 9," the title track of his new album out today. Only 10 seconds of the performance was aired on NBC before the broadcast cut to analysts talking about the first half of the game between defending Super Bowl Champion Rams and the visiting Buffalo Bills.
