It's our annual Pączki Day tradition and we're working around the clock to make as much as possible. With different flavors this year. Including the one we will test on the show. How Did Panzcki Vodka Idea Start?
What started as an experiment six years ago making 20 bottles for friends and family has grown into a statewide sensation among Michigan's Polish community and this year nationwide!
They partnered with Seelbach's, an online distributor of craft spirits to get Pączki Day Vodka in the hands of our Polish friends and family across the country! Every year fans across the country fly in from Florida and New York just to snag a bottle or two as it sells out fast!
Big thank you's go out to Big Jim's House on WCSX. Big Jim & local celebrity and resident golf pro-Ryan Logan secured a bottle for us to test.
How About A Paczki Party?
Detroit City Distillery on February 10th starting at 10 AM for a good old fashioned Pączki Party! We'll be partying in the streets! They have Riopelle Street shutdown and we'll be partying inside and outside with Pączki Day Vodka flowing and cocktails galore. And the Pączki Day Vodka will be flowing.
Food from Hamtown comrades, Srodek's, and tons of pączki from the legendary New Palace Bakery, local party legend Jotown hosting and performing live music! And of course the Pączki Day Vodka will be flowing.

We LOVE going to Hamtramck this time of the year. Pączki Day (Fat Tuesday) is February 21, 2023. I will tell you my secret: we go the day before so that we already have our pączkis for the morning AND we can show you what's up before it's over. The downfall is that I eat pączkis for 24 hours straight, but, ya know... they're flipping delicious!
New Palace Bakery has been around since 1908. Their baked goods are BEYOND amazing. I'm not a huge traditions person, but I also don't want to think about a Pączki Day without a New Palace Bakery pączki. I am 100% spoiled by the delicious baked goods and pączki. Every year try their new flavor. This year it's "Orange Cream-ski."
