Watch as this video shows a 2-year-old girl, strapped into a carseat, fell out of the driver's side rear door of as the car made a turn.
The man who filmed the video Chad Mock was driving behind and tried to flag the baby's parents down. He stopped traffic to grab the baby.
Luckily the little girl had no injuries after being examined by paramedics and the child's mother was driving the vehicle and returned to the scene once she realized the child was missing.
The child was properly fastened in the safety seat but the seat was not fastened to the vehicle seat, according to police.
