National Hot Chocolate Day!
A wonderful warm beverage that soon as the first sip brings flashbacks to childhood and a warm feeling all over. The history goes back to getting a snow day from school, snow angels, sledding, and a cold rainy day with a chill in the air. A Mom favorite that would make any problem magically go away. However, you take it usually with whipped cream on top, and a few dozen tiny marshmallows. Sometimes burning the tongue is all worth the pain. Cozy up with your favorite mug because on January 31, we celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day.
There Is A Difference Between Hot Cocoa And Hot Chocolate
- Hot cocoa with cocoa powder, heated milk or water, and sugar
- Hot chocolate from ground chocolate containing cocoa butter.
Hot chocolate has also been around longer than hot cocoa.
