Ryan’s Remedies: Handling Stress and Anxiety The Natural Way
Here we are, time for another Ryan’s Remedy! I have been very open on the show about my struggles with anxiety which leads to stress and other issues. This remedy is all about a natural way to curb those feelings.
Anxiety & Stress Relief Nature’s Bounty
This is one supplement I bet I will take the rest of my life. I have been using Nature’s Bounty products for years now, but about 6 months ago I found out about their Anxiety and Stress supplement.
It all started after I was having a tough week, busy at work, a lot going on at home, I felt like I was getting to thely edge. Instead of calling my doctor and going in to be prescribed medicine, I decided to do some research and see what I could find that was natural.
You may ask, why not relay on medication that has been proven to work? Here is my answer to this question, although some medications have done good, a lot of them have made people become dependent. That is what I wanted to avoid. I also had an awful experience when trying prescribed pills.
What is Anxiety & Stress Relief Nature’s Bounty
This supplement has KSM-66 Ashwagandha in it. Ashwagandha is natural leaf and root extract that carries a few different benefits. Some of these benefits include, calming effect, help with sleep. Ashwagandha does what other pills do but naturally. For example, it helps regulate your hormones and reactions to stress. Both mentally and physically.
Here is a look at what it can do as well as some advice on taking it. I really like this neuroscientist, his name is Andrew Huberman. You may have seen him on Joe Rogan or around Instagram where he has become very popular.

Ryan’s Thoughts:
When I first started using this, I was not aware of the “only take when needed” aspect of the pill. Since finding Andrew and doing some more reading, I have a great schedule down of when I take this. Overall I truly believe this has helped me for the better and given me a clearer mind and outlook.
If you struggle from Stress or Anxiety, as always talk to a doctor first, but this may be a good alternative for you.
