Detroit Lions WR Gets Weird With A Burger
Detroit Lions WR gets weird with a burger. Saw this headline on social and starting laughing…then we had to do the research: what did Jamo do? Here you go:
Some Detroit Lions fans (angry people on social media…whhaaaat?) are calling on the team to dump receiver Jameson Williams . . . for a FOOD-RELATED OFFENSE. What did he do? He put ice cream on a cheeseburger. (!!!)
This dude Jameson Williams dumped his McFlurry onto his burger… 🤨 pic.twitter.com/G61YooUJxI

Specifically, he went to McDonald’s and ordered a McDouble and an Oreo McFlurry. Then he removed the top bun from the burger and put a glob of his McFlurry on it. And he had the nerve to post this insanity to his Instagram Story. Now before you flip out – it’s apparently a real food hack (check out this TikTok)

Not surprisingly, people had feelings about it. This comment pretty much sums them up: “Up until this point I’ve enjoyed his hard work getting back into the fold. With that said, trade him now.”

Maybe we get the folks at Ford Field to start serving these? Let’s just focus on the wins baby – because these Lions are making noise in the NFC…check out this piece from Anne Erickson about Detroit being a major pain in the butt for Philly
The Detroit Lions Are the Philadelphia Eagles’ Biggest Threat in the NFC
The Philadelphia Eagles are 8-1, as they head into this Monday’s big game against the Kansas City Chiefs. This team is special and solid, with Jalen Hurts at the helm. But, there’s a lot of football left this season, and they can’t take anything for granted. The San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys both scored wins over the weekend. But, both teams have also been shakier than the Detroit Lions thus far this season. Also, the Lions looked solid on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Sure, their defense was a bit off at time, but they went up against star quarterback Justin Herbert and his four touchdowns and pulled off a road win.
Now, the Detroit Lions are 7-2. They’re armed with quarterback Jared Goff. They have an incredible running back duo in David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs. And they have receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, who performed some of his best football against the Chargers, and rookie Sam LaPorta, who is performing very well this season. What’s more, the Lions finished last season winning eight of their last 10 games, so they’re used to finishing off seasons strong. Head coach Dan Campbell seems to have instilled a positive culture in this team that translates on the field.
The Eagles are still favorites to win the NFC and go to the Super Bowl. But, more and more, it’s looking like the Eagles will have to go up against the dream team that is the Detroit Lions this postseason.
