We are back at PXG Detroit for another episode of club fitting tutorials. Let's dive into Hybrids and show you that they are not only for older players!
I was excited to film this episode. The reason I wanted to do hybrids, I think a lot of people assume hybrids are for older golfers or people who can't hit irons well. Many players now at all levels are using hybrids, they are easier to hit, easier to control and allow you to control ball flight better.
This episode also really shows you how important getting your clubs fitted is. You'll notice I was hitting the ball great but we switched shafts and I hit it even better. This is a great example of why you go get fitted.
CLUB FITTING: HYBRIDS
AJ Partenio is the Detroit Store Sales Leader. He also happens to be a fellow alumni of Walled Lake Western High School. AJ has been all over the golf scene. From the golf program at Farris State, to pro shop owner, and now with PXG in Detroit.
