Do you live in one of the 40 best places in Michigan? – How did they come up with this list? 

This research comes from a company called “Niche”, they’re  a data and analytics platform, that published its “best places to live” rankings for 2024.

So how do they determine the rankings? the group analyzed the health of the local housing market, neighborhood diversity, area public schools and walkability, among others. **you’ll notice that some of the top forty are actual neighborhoods and not actual towns/cities.**

I wonder how many of these places have weird laws on the books? Remember this list from January?
