This research comes from a company called "Niche", they're a data and analytics platform, that published its "best places to live" rankings for 2024.
So how do they determine the rankings? the group analyzed the health of the local housing market, neighborhood diversity, area public schools and walkability, among others. **you'll notice that some of the top forty are actual neighborhoods and not actual towns/cities.**
