I Want My Wife to Make My Doctor Appointments

Oh boy was this a Grounds for Divorce I should have kept to myself. I didn't think I was the only one who has their wife make their doctor appointments for them, but I guess I was wrong. Let's reluctantly get into it!

Now, I will get to the video of our conversation in a minute, first let me say this. I have no problem making my own doctor appointments, however, I think it's easier for my wife to make them and I think she would agree. Alright, let's get to the conversation and the comments from the listener.

GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE 2-1

"MY WIFE IS MAKING ME MAKE MY OWN DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS. CAN’T SHE JUST IT FOR ME"?

Here was our conversation On-Air this morning:

Oh my Ryan. You're a grown man. You can do it!!

My husband is the insurance carrier. I make my own appointment. I have his soc memorized for dental when I go to new dentist. Your going to have make your own appointments if she is working and with two kids.

Ugh I’m the same way… and if left to me I will never make a dr apt

Does she (mommy) call in to work when you are sick also?

At first I thought Ryan had a point, because it does make sense to have one person in the house doing all the scheduling, but the more Ryan talks, the less sense he makes.

Alright, I honestly get everyone's points, but at the same time I think I do things for my wife that she could do for herself. I think that's why our relationship does work so well. We can help each other out and not play games about it. I truly think it's easier for everyone if she makes the appointments, she has the schedule down more than me anyway. I also was brought up in a home where I saw my mom make my dads appointments so I thought it was a normal thing.
