Should We Stop At 2 Kids
How many kids is to many? We are getting closer and closer to the birth of our second kid. This honestly could be the last Grounds for Divorce for a few weeks, with that being said, I wanted to make sure did a good one. It’s been a tough couple of weeks for my wife and I so I thought I would make these last few a little lighter. Again, with that said, this week’s first Grounds For Divorce is all about having more kids. Let’s get into it and see what you all think.
Like I said, my wife and I are expecting our second child at anytime. If my wife texts me right now I almost get ready to jump in the car! I am very excited about having our second child but I want to see what everyone thinks, should we have more?
Here was the question I asked On-Air:
GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE 3/19
SHOULD HEIDI AND I STOP AT TWO KIDS? AFTER THE SECOND IS BORN, WE WILL HAVE A BOY AND AND GIRL.
Before we get to the conversation from the show this morning, I want to say this. When we first got married I wanted 4-5 kids, now I think I would be cool with just the two. On the other side of it, my wife has went from wanting 1-2 to having more. We have kind of done a flip flop when it comes to that. So, here is the conversation from Big Jim’s House this morning.
Below is our conversation from On-Air:
LISTENER COMMENTS:
Stop at 2, perfect for rides at Cedar Point, Disney, 2 beds in a hotel room, car rides are more comfortable.
Ryan, stop at two. You don’t want to have three because then you’re gonna have one that’s gonna have the middle child syndrome.
1 boy, 1girl and done. With 4, changing diapers how long? How old will you be when #4 graduates from college? Maybe Heidi will change her mind after 2nd child.
I had 3 with the gap, 4 years. Either stick with 2 (734 person was corrects about rides, tables, everything) or plan on 4.
Ryan, try for a third and have twins….lol.
FINAL THOUGHTS ON MORE KIDS:
After talking with everyone and hearing the callers, I truly think it is 100 percent up to my wife and I when it comes to having more kids. I like to think we are in a good spot in our lives and would always welcome another kid. But, first let us get this new baby here and make sure she is healthy and happy! One thing I can promise, we will for sure be waiting more than a year and a half to have the third, if we decide to do that.
