“Big Brother” Gift: Good or Bad Idea?!

Is buying a "Big Brother" gift for our son Finn a good idea. This was the last Ground for Divorce before we have our baby girl. I am very excited, don't get me wrong. I am also a little sad that our son Finn will no longer be an only child. After talking with my wife, I think we will get him a big brother gift to make the transition a little easier. I wanted to ask the listeners if it was a good idea. Let's get into it!

So, like I said, very excited to have our girl, but we have gotten use to having just our son Finn. A new venture for all of us that's for sure, I just don't want Finn to feel left out during this time. So, is a "Big Brother" gift a good idea with him?

No need for presents ..just pick a day or 2 a month and have a only Finn day.where you guys do something with him

got my son and daughter gifts for being siblings they need to be included in the big day as well!

I think that's a great idea. Cool way to start that conversation with the little guy.

No....no participation trophies

No. Just have him be a part of helping it will make him feel important.

This is why I love doing this segment, you guys help me so much and the answers vary so I know I can make the right decision. I think we will end up getting him something but also, he will be staying with his grandparents so I am sure they will spoil him!
